This concerns a used 'exchange' fan which has been fitted with new ball bearings, cleaned and tested in our own workshop. This therefore explicitly concerns 'not' a fully refurbished fan. To clearly indicate this distinction, we deliberately use the terms “Refurbished” or “Revised” in the webshop. These are two different things.

NB:
It is very important that you pack your old fan very well. Reuse all protective materials and package the fan exactly as you received it from us. The fan must not be able to slide in the box!

If your fan is too seriously damaged internally due to prolonged use with worn bearings, overhaul may not be possible. In that case, you will not receive the deposit amount back.

If your fan was still running normally and just made more noise than before, overhaul will usually not be a problem.

If your fan no longer works at all due to an electronic problem or extremely worn bearings, we cannot take it back and you will therefore not receive a deposit refund.

Also if the fan is broken or seriously deformed, we can no longer use this fan in the circular process and we cannot refund your deposit amount to you.

Make your own assessment of whether your fan is still worthy of 'renovation'; if not, you may be better off purchasing a new fan.
